RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Refunds, No Exceptions!

Exchanges can be made within 10 business days of purchase in original packaging with original sales receipts. Exchanges can be of equal or greater value, but not of a lesser value. Customer must pay for return shipping labels.

We advise all clients to inspect the product thoroughly to ensure the correct length, color, texture, and quality are as desired. If hair has been installed, combed, washed, or chemically processed, it cannot be accepted for an exchange. No exceptions.

Please consult a licensed hair professional for questions concerning styling, cutting or coloring your Zella Rose Extensions.

SHIPPING POLICY

Your Zella Rose Extensions are shipped via United States Post Service (USPS). Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Zella Rose processes orders Monday through Friday. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email or text confirmation with your USPS confirmation tracking numbers.

Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days from the date your order has been processed. Zella Rose cannot guarantee exact shipping days due to COVID-19. Zella Rose does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
